Education
Mike McArdle began as an employee in a franchise system, where he worked his way up to operations manager before becoming a multi-unit franchise owner. This experience provided him with deep insight into what makes a franchise model successful—and what aspiring business owners should look for when selecting the right opportunity. Mike has worked in the Automotive industry for many years as a Certified Master Technician. He holds an associate degree in Science and has been awarded Technician of the Year, Operations of the Year, and Franchise Owner of the Year throughout his 24 years in the franchise system.
